Poor service

Disappointed So my last payment was April 2024. Its been 2 months and i still have not received clearance certificate and paid up letters. Still after numerous emails, no joy. A refund is also due to me since end April 2024. Nothing received yet. I would appreciate a call so this can be discussed and explained
