Poor Customer service.

I am very disappointed in this company. Their customer service is very poor, you send them messages on WhatsApp and they have never answered me but during the time they were still recruiting me they were always phoning me back. I receive calls from my creditors yet every month they take money from my account. I'm very, very sorry for choosing them to represent me. I wish I could turn back the time or wish I had never taken them even now I am thinking of canceling them because they have failed me instead I have wasted my time and money on them.
