Pathetic Service from Vantage Debt Management
I signed up for debt review last year and now I want out because Vantage misrepresented me to my creditors. Instead, the creditors are now demanding payment directly from me rather than from vantage. When I asked Vantage to terminate my services, they are demanding that I pay for the missed payments before they could transfer my file or terminate their services, which is totally unacceptable.

The information we have available is the information that you provided to our office. Your credit providers are contacting you as no payments have been made by you since June 2022. The agreement is between you and your credit providers, we assisted you with reducing your installment and interest rates but you need to make the payments. I can confirm that you have requested the suspension of our services and we are in process of suspending our services to you due to 6 months of no payment. We continued to provide you with service during the 6 months. If you would like additional information on your profile, please contact our office directly so we can assist you.

08 Dec 2022, 16:35It is not true that there was no money to pay the creditors; in April, I requested for a payment holiday due to my dire financial situation; however, Vantage failed miserably to inform the creditors of my situation; as a result, the creditors decided to contact me directly for payment arrangements and advised me not to deal with Vantage again due to the fact that they had misrepresented me. Finally, I am curious to know about the outstanding amount of R3300 that you claim I owe for the work that you did, For what, give me the breakdown of the work that you did when i eventually cancelled the debit order with you in April 2022. As far as I am concerned, I do not owe you any monies and simply want to be released from Vantage debt review.
