Pathetic Service

My debt was cleared in February 2022, yet Vantage debt tell me they don't know how the deduction occurred and advised me to dispute the payment at my bank. By doing this I will have to fork out the bank charges of the dispute. When I phoned Vantage debt, they tell me I must wait 12 working days for my refund. How does this company do business?
