Ongoing Frustration – Outstanding Documents

I would not recommend anyone to be part of Vantage Debt Management Services.

This has honestly been one of the worst financial decisions I have made. Once you are in the process, it feels nearly impossible to exit ,even when your financial situation has significantly improved.

Yes, I voluntarily app**** for assistance at the time, and I appreciate the initial support provided. However, I have now settled approximately 90% of my debt and have been requesting specific documents from Vantage.

All I am asking for are the following documents relating to my account: • Form 17W • Form 16 • Final Proposal

Despite follow-ups, I have not received these documents or clear communication on when they will be provided.

This should be a straightforward request( I am aware of the pro’s and cons and I fully accepted).

However, instead this has turned into unnecessary back-and-forth communication with no resolution.

I would appreciate urgent assistance and confirmation of when I will receive the above-mentioned documents.
