Not under Debt review.

Okay so this is my situation I am in.My wife did an application for the both of us to be placed under Debt review with this company called Vantage Debt Management and through all the back and forth emails and re-application they could not take us on as clients.Which is fine because not everything goes according to plan. Then we made arrangements with the institution we had our own personal loans with for payments and it work out in the end however this Vantage Debt management company did not send an email to the NCR and the credit bureaus to notify them we are not under debt review.Because my wife and I is married under community of property it really caused issues on my profile saying that I am under Debt review which I am not. This has become an irritation on my side and could you escalate this matter to the relevant people at Vantage Debt Management to please remove my wife and I from their system so we can be updated on the NCR system and credit bureau.
