Not reliable

I submitted my paid up letters on the 3rd of June 2024... They told me that they process to get my clearance certificate will take between 14-21 days. Now when I call them on day 21 they tell me that it has not been processed and I need to wait 7 days so they can move it up to the next phase and that I will have to pay after care fees. When i ask how much are they I was told that they dont know and only the finance team can determine that... to say I am disappointed is an understatement.. All communication was via email and they just dragging their feet while I am waiting for an update...
