No help at all

I had the worst experience with this debt review company called Vantage Debt Management.Their lack of transparency and information is appalling.After we cancelled our service with them because we manage to make arrangements with our creditors we have been automatically flagged under debt review which is incorrect.At the start of this arrangement this information was not shared with my wife,which was the original account holder with them.They did not mentioned anything about this flagging process.When my wife tried to get me on board we could not get my accounts handed over to them so we cancelled our service or arrangements with them.Now we are sitting with this Debt review flag that has ruined my credit score,ruined my potential credit availability.If this was communicated to my wife at the start I promise you we would've never even consider Vantage as a option.I have sent a review in the past but I have received no help from them,only replies that does not help me at all.I am currently paying my creditors every month like agreed.So I am not a liability at all.This is truly sad,truly!!!
