no help at all

I apply for debt review in May 2024 under vintage debt management and I was told to not worry about my accounts ,however 4 months down the line ,I received communication from my creditors that my debt review has been canceled due to non-payment , in which i received zero communication from vintage debt management , their social media team doesn't even respond to WhatsApp sent to them , as they will just blue tick your request , my car is on the verge of being repossessed because of them
