Good day It seems like I have been debited by Vantage Debt Management Debt. They told me that they will help me to clear all my debts. I was very happy. they told me to give them my account and accept my approve debit order. on 25 June 2025 they took me money and never clear all my debts. I spoke to them why didn't you pay them? They said my apologies they will refund, but this can take 7-10 working days its already pass now 13 days still no refund. They tell me to also do reach out to the creditor that has debited my account and hear what they advise regarding the refund still nothing.
