Let down by Vantage

Vantage is not being customer centric when it comes to issuing clearance certificates. They tell me that the person handling my case is on leave and my case has been escalated and was promised service on the 20th September and now that has changed cause they still need to finalize the paid up letters. I was supposed to get this by the 16th already
