In Debt? Dont bother with this COmpany. They do not help
Please do not get sucked into this company. They promise to reset your credit life by supposedly stopping your debit orders negotiating better rates with your creditors and just paying one amount. Needless to say this does not happen and then your refunds do not take place either. I have resorted to refusing to pay them useless I get refunded. Also this doesnt work. If you ask for proof all you are sent are reems and reems of paperwork to continuously sign. Finally the staff are rude and do not bother to either call you back or answer your queries.

We are one of the very few companies who take responsibility to cancel our client's debit orders. It is unfortunate that 2 of your credit providers have debited your account despite the relevant documents to cancel the debit order being sent to them. I can however confirm that one of our managers has been in contact with you regarding the situation and ensuring that you are kept updated as we try to request a refund. One of your credit providers is refusing to refund the debit order as you entered into the credit agreement with them after you app**** for Debt Counseling. They are refusing to refund the money to you because you acknowledged that you did not apply for debt counseling despite signing an application form 2 days prior. A manager will provide further feedback on the work completed on your application.
