Great service to ********** at the bitter end

This company has been truly good throughout my process until it came to the final stages where I am supposed to be provided with a clearance certificate. I joined Vantage in 2022 and work with then and paid my final account in 2023 December. Me now expecting to get my clearance certificate waited the 21 days as advised just to be advised that Vantage is unable to provide me the clearance because of 1 account that they unable to get a paid up letter for. The account in question was taken out of debt review before this process even kicked off I was advised back then by Vantage that the credit provider terminated and will not come to an agreement.yself and Vantage agreed for the account to be taken out of the program and then I will then arrange with the creditor myself with no protection. Which I agreed to.

I ended my service with them because of this and asked them for the court order that placed me under debt review. They provided this to me today, would you believe it the court order doesn't even have the account that they need a paid up letter from listed. So make this make sense, you want a paid up letter from an account that you advised me will be taken out of debt review and not even in the court order lmk.

These people want to keep you in debt review, I suspect they make their commission from the admin fees, they treat you awesome while you paying and when it comes to the important parts they find something to keep you in.

Damn.... I'm such a idiot.
