Excellent Service from Plamedi

Over the last few months ,I found myself over indebted and sinking into a never ending cycle of debt ,after a very straining year full of life's unexpected challenges. I reached out to Vantage Debt Management , desperate for help with no idea of how to pull myself up again or what , if any , help they could offer me. As a single mom , the act itself of seeking help was draining , stressful and foreign to me. From the moment I was transferred to Plamedi , she was respectful , understanding and reassuring. So often in life , the sheer embarrassment of being in a financially strained situation is the very thing that prevents us from seeking help , and I am ever so thankful that I did , and that I was aligned to Plamedi for assistance. I reached out on the 20th of October , keeping in mind that debit orders already kick in by this date with their " tracking status " , but in my case , I was fortunate enough to have an alternate bank account into which I had moved my salary payments. The reason I mention this is because , throughout the process I WAS INFORMED that there may be debits that may still go off even after the debt review process had begun as some companies acknowledge the order , but still process debits. The only reason I mention this is because there are so many negative reviews on this company that portray them as having bad or poor service , when in fact you are taken through the full process and all the relevant information is explained within the initial phone call. There are NO hidden costs or details. It is up to the individual to take the process seriously , Listen to understand and ask as many questions as you can think of or need clarity on. Plamedi , for one , kept in contact with me via WhatsApp , on a daily basis while the process began , she kept me updated and called me in person when I had asked a question over WhatsApp and clarified any questions and concerns. She has been compassionate , understanding and professional and for the first time in months ,I feel like I can breath.
