My wife spoke to France just now who assisted my wife tremendously. He called for assistance with her debt and see if she could qualify for a loan only to find out that my wife has a loan she is not aware of and was complaining to her bank Capitec about and got absolutely no assistance until now.

Now we didn't get what she wanted but maaaaan got a lead on the company that the loan is with that Capitec couldn't assist with. A loan that Capitec claimed to be a "subscription" only to find out from my guy France that this was a loan.

Thank you France for your help. Now we can go to Capitec guns blazing. We need answers
