Do Not Use - Vantage Debt Management

Do not use this debt counsellor, they **** to me. There customer service and aftercare is and was non existent and very poor, from having people put the phone down in my ear and callback request being ignored to charging me for a file transfer to another debt counsellor, hiding behind their SLA's. They told me that I can not be removed from debt review and that I needed to settle all my debt before i could be removed and require a clearance certificate for two years i was stuck under debt review unnecessary. Clear debt review have removed me successful from debt review. Court Order (declaring me the consumer not to be over-indebted) Debt Review status has been updated.
