Dissappointed Client

I am writing to formally request a clearance letter confirming that my debt review agreement with your company has been cleared.

I requested a clearance letter and have sent multiple emails and to date since June i have not recieved any feedback. I am still struggling to obtain a simple clearance letter. This situation has left me frustrated and dissatisfied with the service I have received from your company. at the end of my agreement - i kept to my side paying every month but you guys are not doing your part.

I therefore kindly request that you urgently issue my debt review clearance letter without any further delays. Please treat this matter with the urgency it deserves and provide the document as soon as possible.

Should this matter not be resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate the issue to the relevant regulatory authorities. I look forward to your urgent response.

Good day Joanne,

Thank you for your patience.

As per my previous communication, your case was escalated to the relevant department, and they have provided the following feedback within the specified escalation turnaround time:

All of your accounts have been settled except for one. This account has an outstanding balance, which was first communicated to you in August. The September debit order intended to settle this balance was unsuccessful.

If you would like to settle this balance directly with the creditor, please instruct our Client Services Team to request a settlement letter for you. You must settle this remaining account before we can issue your clearance certificate.

Please contact our Client Services Team for further assistance.

Regards,

Tyrone
