Disgusting

So we are now in June and Im still struggling to get paid up letters in order to get the clearance certificates. I have been dealing with Gahkeela with no success since March, and have had more success getting hold of the bank with success. I have 2 letters that still needs to received. Mail after mail and i receive no response from Gahkeela, today while on a call with her she put down the phone in my face cause she was told to do her job
