Disappointed, They just leave people hanging.

This company has been truly good throughout my process until it came to the final stages where I am supposed to be provided with a clearance certificate. I joined Vantage in 2022 and work with them and paid off 16 accounts my final account being in 2024 December. Me now expecting to get my clearance certificate, I am still waiting I was advised that Vantage is unable to provide me the clearance because of a few accounts that they unable to get a paid up letter for. They actually asked me to obtain it myself and forward it to them which I did immediately. It took me about a month but I finally managed to get all of them and send my last paid up letter on the 4th of April. It's been 35 days since and still no clearance it's like this company just disappeared from the face of the earth. No response to emails, calls gets cut while you wait for someone to assist you.

These people want to keep you in debt review, I suspect they make their commission from the admin fees, they treat you awesome while you paying and when it comes to the part you've been looking forward to they jump ship.
