Disappointed
I was advised by the team leader Keanan that they would remove the flag on my name and till this day the flag is still on which shouldn't have been there in the first place completely disappointed and now my life is on hold.

Please note that according to our records the client was registered before asking to hold off on the process. We have since submitted the 17.2 reject documents and have actioned the request to the NCR to have the flagged removed. A communique has been sent to the client and we are awaiting feedback from the NCR accordingly.
