Debt review removal
2021 this company putted me under debt review.I payed for 2 or 3 months amount of 2000 to them but they were not paying my accounts the way they promised me.I cancelled but my name still under debt review.i am paying my accounts by my self some of them are closed now.i want my name removed from debt review

Thank you for reaching out to us. Your policy with us has been terminated as of 26 October 2021. Once you consent to an enquiry to be done by us as a debt counsellor we show up on your credit report. You even went as far in the process as having us negotiating on your behalf, which results in the flag being on your name.
Debt counsellors do not have the authority to remove the flag. This can only be done by the NCR (National Credit Regulator). According to the NCR withdrawal guideline, the debt counselling flag can only be removed once a client has settled all accounts and a clearance certificate can be issued (this can only be done by a debt counsellor).
Once you have settled all accounts please provide *** with all paid-up letters in order for us to assist with the clearance process.
