******* debt review

im was *******ly signed up for debt review, and enquiries made on my credit profile without my consent.

i called more than 5 times already requesting to be removed with no success, i mailed requesting for either call records or emails which proves i signed up or acknowledged this debt review, none of that was provided, actually no one responds to my queries on calls i'm told the person working with records isnt available but an email will be sent, i also mailed this so called person yet nothing was provided to me. they debited me twice and i want my money back., on a call im asked why didnt i dispute the debits, of which they know very well that they are wrongfully debiting me.

if i acknowledged to be under debt review then why should i suffer to get just the proof, this company is a **** and will keep on doing such to unaware consumers ********ly.
