Coerced into accepting a debit check Mandate and now your creditors are debiting you and also this comoany debits you at the same time

Started an application process with this company and on the 11 they sent me an sms and also whats app communication saying all my creditors have been engaged and I will not be debited when I get paid (13 June 2025). I then proceeded to accepting their debi check mandate with the impression that thats all the debit order that will be going through today and also this will mean as discussed I will have money for essenatils. Today I woke up the R12 000 has been debited by Vantage and also half of my creditors as well. This means this company did not engage all my credit providers as advised when they wanted me to accept the debi check mandate. They coerced me into approving the debi check knowing very well that they have not engaged all the cerdit providers. Today I called requesting cancelling the application they are forwardig my call directly to the very same Calvin DC who mislead me with the debi check and has not till today forwarde the final contract which I requested a while back.

They will take your call and give you vague responses around the matter that they mislead you into accepting the debicheck which cannot be rervesed and now I will have to wait for a refund which I doubt their processing. Also this company doe not explain a lot regarding the process that is to take place. They will communicate via whats app but enough for you not to complain and strategically leave out certain information so you do not ask too many quations. A company that operates this way does not have your best interest at heart and will advise poeple to stay away from this debt review company .
