Clearance Certificate Saga

I'm so pised o cause of this Company,at first they put me under debt review,they did nothing to help me,8 paid my debts my own way,i organized for my paid up letters,now im waiting for my Clearance Certificate now they tell me that the are waiting for invoice,invoice for wht,cause they did nothing in my case except listing me under debt review, Can someone pls help me,because when u call them they will promise to get back to u,bt they never
