Cancelled VDR
They never reply to emails. I called VDR in February 2020 and in September 2023 it's still in my credit report. They never cancelled it. And they ignore you when you send emails

Kindly note that we do not have the ability to remove the debt counselling flag from your credit profile when you cancel our services. You are still under the process of debt counselling, our services were merely suspended to you. If you have settled all your accounts under the process then we can issue you with a Clearance Certificate which will remove the debt counselling flag from your credit profile. However, if you did not settle your accounts then we do not have the authority to have the debt counselling flag removed. We note that you sent us an email today, 28 September 2023 which will be responded to. However, your previous communication to us was on 20 October 2020 so your allegations are false that we ignore emails.
