BAD SERVICE - VANTAGE DEBT MANAGEMENT

PLEASE BE AWARE OF "VANTAGE DEBT MANAGEMENT COMPANY"

My experience is bad service from day one. I had four loans combined of which one was not included initially and double debits were going off my bank account for some time which had to be refunded each month. Secondly, after settling all my debt they simply wash there hands and refuse to follow through in getting my supplier records updated and my ITC history updated after waiting the 21 days as required. Not only do some accounts still reflect as in arrears but my ITC records indicate that all four accounts were in arrears for the duration of the consolidation. I was simply requested to lodge dispute with the various ITC companies which will now delay the whole process another 21 days.

I find this kind of services unacceptable!

I am now left with a worse credit record which was what I was trying to avoid in the first place.
