Asked to join in September. Get feedback that all my creditors was informed and not one of them will take the monthly payment again. Lies! Month end September, big surprise and minus R7,000.00+ on my salary in the bank. Again more communications in October and they so full heartly confirm that all creditors have accepted and the process can go on. Lies! Today have to get a email from them saying that one of my creditors has confirmed and will stop the debit order!! TODAY after being told on email in September and October that all was confirmed. LMAO, get a mail today listing my Creditors and one of them are not on their list!!! Really........... Big mistake from my side to ask for help. This is now causing me more sleepless nights as before.
