Bad aftercare

I finished all my accounts in May already and I am still waiting on my cash back, and when I enquired about the cash back they did not reply to my email, eventually the lady rep**** after 3 weeks , and said their finance team is busy with my cashback, she told me to send my bank details witch I did, and that was last week already , so what must I do next.
