Apparently I cant be removed from debt counselling.

So I signed up for debt review last year and now want to remove myself from debtreview as my finincial circumstances has changed but was just been informed by Sibusiso T from Vantage Debt Management that its not possible for you to remove the flag from my credit report, unless I can provide a clearance certificate that all the debt is settled. And that I cannot leave debt review, with them. I have cancelled my service with this debt counsilor as I will be making payment directly to my credit providers but the flag will not be removed from my credit profile. If he informed me of this from the start i would have never gone for debt review. I know understand why people dread dealing with debt counselors. I need them to remove me from debt councelling immediatly and cancel my services with them.
