5 months and still nothing

Only giving a one star because you cant give negative stars. They have no idea what they doing, We have been fighting with them for 5 months for them to just do their jobs. They restructured the agreement we signed for without our knowledge or consent. They removed 1 account and did not even add another account that was suppose to be on review and when we asked why are the creditors still emailing us, they said not to worry about it. Now a year later we are liable for a full years worth of interest and vantage is still been taking our money and have not come to the party for 5 months. Never ever use this company they will put you in a worst position then you are in. Rather use anyone else they do not care and only take your money. And every time you call in the people you looking for is in a meeting or their systems are down. The people "helping" us only call back when you start swearing. Never use this company. We are in the process of moving to a different company, we would rather pay a extra year then stay with this pathetic excuse of a company.
