Poor Account Mamagement

Now on a month to month agreement. They suspended my contract Desember sent me e-mail, telling me that my service was suspended.

This is now the second time, asking for my account statement they charged me again for two months not using there service . My account now on R590.00 and per month, that I used to pay, standing on R2575.00 again after they suspended my account on the 16 of Des. Not using any internet, but they churched me. This is not the first time that this happened to me. August last year I had the same problem, After consulting with the that help me nicely, they let me sighed a document acknowledgement of dept I payed off the ammount agreed on with out having internet for 3 months because I did not worked at that time. now I am back to square one. Owing them again of service I did not used..........Is this the way to go using people ,that they susspend the internet and charge them.

I sent a e-mail to cancel my account with them.....
