The Vanguard team has been more than helpful helping my wife and I find our first home. We worked with Jaco and Manie and between the two of them they really went beyond what we expected. We asked Jaco specific questions like how much the owners pay for electricity each month and if the house had any defects and within the hour he sent us what we were looking for. We also could only view on a public holiday and Jaco made it happen! After signing the OTP, the Vanguard team then helped us secure the best home loan possible for my wife and I by speaking to multiple banks on our behalf and even offering advice on how to get discounts on the transfer duties. I really would recommend this company, they are not lazy.
