Reliable, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to! I recently reached out to Vanguard while seeking advice on buying my first property. As a first time buyer, the experience was overwhelming and very daunting. The emotions that come up when you are about to sign a contract that puts you on the hook for more than double what you are currently renting for are tough to work through. However, it was so reassuring to be able to get guidance from such veterans in the property industry. Their insights were incredibly valuable and helped me understand the true value of the property. This led to negotiating a much better purchasing price. The help didn't stop there, they kept in touch to hear how the deal was going and put me in contact with legal experts to help go through the paper work before signing. All of this is exactly what you would expect from an exceptional estate agent. However, what made this deal unique was that it was a private purchase. Vanguard had nothing to gain from helping me, but they did it anyway! I felt almost as if I was buying a property from them. It just goes to show how much they care. I know who I'll come to first when buying or selling my next property!
