Exceptional service and support I cannot recommend Vander Host highly enough. They consistently go above and beyond, but yesterday was a perfect example. A client’s website suddenly threw a critical error that I couldn’t resolve. I opened a support ticket and Eugene responded almost instantly, jumped straight into problem solving with me and fixed the issue. He quite literally averted a major crisis for me within minutes. This is just one example of the exceptional support I’ve received from Vander Host. They are incredibly knowledgeable, responsive and genuinely invested in helping their customers. You never feel like just another support ticket. You know who you’re talking to, and you know they care. I’ve worked with numerous hosting companies over the years, and Vander Host is in a league of their own.
