you are debt collectors not debt councellors

I called for a letter confirming I have arrangements to pay. I was asked for the reason of the lether, so I said for a mini loan. I was then told I need to make 6 consecutive payments to get a letter and I have only made 3. Looking at my balance and the amounts I pay I will make 5 payments max, and then the account will be paid up. Then I was told, the consultant will speak to her team leader, she came back and with attitude tell me she cannot give me the letter to go and make more debt. Who gives vvm the right to tell me I cannot make more debt. Do you even know the reason for me needing the mini loan? Please train your consultants to speak properly to people!!!!
