Wrongful debt harassment

I am being harassed by an extremely *********** debt collection company. They confirmed on several occasions that my proof of payment reflects on their system, but yet I receive daily phone calls to harass me to pay what was paid months ago. They are "working from home" and the system the consultants are working from is not updated.
