Worst Service ever with *********** people

Paid my 8.ta account in full 2 years ago and closed it!! The records on Telkom's side show that it has been paid. <br> <br> After sending countless emails with proofs of payments and countless calls to be referred to more *********** consultants or to have the phone dropped on me, I'm still receiving emails, SMSs, calls from private numbers which go to a pre-recorded message saying my account has been handed over. <br> <br> This is nothing short than HARASSMENT and it's been going on for over 2 years! Unacceptable and downright ********!<br> <br> How many times am I supposed to send proofs of payments? Why won't Telkom communicate with their service provider and bring their records up to date? Never getting anything from Telkom - they're just as useless for associating with such a snaking service provider! <br> <br> I don't expect or want a response from VVM, because I'm beyond dealing with deficient people! This is to warn other consumers & to add one more complaint to the growing list. I'm going to their offices to speak to another useless consultant, because they can't hide behind the phone, private numbers & SMSs or put me on hold for eternity. And I will not leave until they remove me off their database!
