Worst Service Ever

Wanted to changed my banking details with the company for my debit orders to still go off accordingly, but the most unfriendly, un helpful service agent didn't really care... Half way through conversation he puts down the phone in my ear. I never got to change my banking details... So it looks that my payments to them is not important. He never once ask to what bank I have moved to... With that attitude I would not recommend your company to anyone...
