Worst collections company

My Game account was handesd over to VVM and they said I owe R1119.11, I called game and they confirmed that the account was handed over..I then made arrangements with VVm to debit the amount over 2 months which they did and was told I would get my paid up letter in 21days....its been a full year and my Game account still shows as owing/in arrears on my credit profile. I have tried many times to get assistance from VVM but they keep telling me that the manager will come back to me. This VVM company is creating a bad reputation for Game/RCS
