Worst collection ever

I just got a call from a lady from vvm attorneys and wow she was rude, kept on talking, did not want to listen and I think they are full of nonsense, im wondering if there is SQA there or do they even get training or what the hell of a circus they are running there. They dont have telephone manners at all and worst they will never her to collect if they are rude loke that. I think companies should look for other companies to collect for them because we will not pay while the consultants are rude like that.
