Weekly Harrassment

I have received SMSs and phone calls from Van De Venter Mojapelo Inc almost weekly requesting me to pay my TV license. I have requested them to send me an invoice before I pay and have supp**** them with my email addresses numerous times. However they continue to harass me and not send me an invoice. This has been going on for months now and is becoming tiring and exhasuting. All I want to do is pay my TV license but they have no internal processes and we the consumers are feeling the brunt of this.
