Recieved a sms from VVM. Mr J ###ish# your Truworths acc bal R240.00 has been handed over to VVM. Reply to this sms urgently to make an arrangement or call:***, Ref:####113544####

I requested the details of the account in question to open up a case for ***** because the fact that they send out a random sms to a random number to pay up, how do i know what else of my details like my ID number or residential address this pearson used to open up an account. They then immediately responded that they will remove the details from there system (think your team needs to go for a course how to handle this since the i could even smell the lady's attitude over the phone). So if someone owes money your willing to just remove him from the system like that since the number you sent the sms to refuses to pay? And i definitely got the feeling as soon as they noticed im not mr whatever and i refuse to pay they couldn't get rid of me fast enough.

I repeat DO NOT TRUST VVM IT COULD BE A ****! I will be taking this further until i am assured that this person did not open up an account with any of my other details.
