VVM / SABC TV Licence harasment for someone elses licence ?????

First it was another lawyer now VVM. Never met Mrs RM Goodman. How they ever got my number I have no idea.

This is becoming harassment by the SABC I pay my TV licence every year so now you want me to pay for others ??????????
