VVM pestering me about TV licence

VVM pestering me about TV licence even though I no longer live in SA. Furthermore several affidavits was sent to SABC dating more than 2 years back, This is pathetic. VVM also is not reachable on ANY of their number provider in their mail as well as on the web.
