VVM Never Picks up PHONE!

<p>Over the past 3 weeks i have been contacting VVM regarding my outstanding debt to solve the issue of me stopping paying them as THE BALANCE WOULD NOT CHANGE. I owed MTN R8 k and then all of a sudden when it gets to VVM it is R18 k.</p> <p>Worse , now i want to settle and they just do not pick up the phone, and when they do, i hear women laughing and chatting in the background and then my call gets dropped. </p>
