VVM is USELESS!!!!!

2 Months ago I made a debit order arrangement with VVM regarding my Edgars account, I only have three installments(R500.00) this debit order has been going off, et I received a sms today stating that I will be blacklisted if I do not pay today!!!! ***???! If it is a debit order that goes off(I have proof of payment too) WHYYYYYYY am I being blacklisted???? This is pathetic and this needs to be sorted out immediately!!!! When you call the number it just rings and rings and rings. How is this place even running as a company???
