VVM is the most ridiculous company

I feel this company is a **** Not sure how the bigger companies are even using them. Been on the phone with them several times this morning .. not to mention since august. all i am asking for is a statement before a pay an account which im apparently in the arears with. i can get the statement but not the password to view it. These people are ridiculously useless at what they do. The attitudes is unbelievable. I can not even tell you i have had even the remoteness of a decent converstion with anyone there. ive been told that my phone has too many messages in ....thats why i cant get the password via a message ... REALLY ????? you are kidding me surely. Any one know of how to report these people
