VVM is taking me for a ride with their ********** acts

<p>I was handed over by mtn and now dealing with vvm. It is a long and painful process getting through to these people or getting help from them. I wanted to pay off my debt and i told them I had been paying mtn, I was told to send through statements which i did and they would put the account on hold as they try and solve the query. 2 months later i have not heard from them and I call and a lady by the name of Mpumi tells me there hasw been no statement received and the account has gotten even higher ***. These people are taking me for a ride. i am trying to resolve an issue but I guess they want the debt to remain as it wok in their favour. </p>
