VVM Is ridiculous

Hi there I was handed over to VVM and after engaging them I was given a discount to pay 9k within two months which I did. I was promised to get my settlement letter till today I have not received the letter, whenever I call I am promised I will get a all from one of their managers iether Michelle, Ronel or Simphiwe... None have called me. They don't respond to emails I am highly frustrated.... plz help
