Vvm in Durban

<p>This call center is so underminding to it Staff</p> <p>Everyday is a day we get counselling and warning they giving us for coming work even of it 1 second late and they dnt care if it's raining or traffic or accident or what they do not ask but just print and make us sign</p> <p>We Staff feel so sad for home problems and even now at work so where do we go for peace</p> <p>Ronel is de manager of durban and does not even fight for us even though she know what she doing is wrong with all this displin threats even she de 1 who threaten us with such tings</p> <p> </p> <p>Who will hear us out as even the man from jhb comes and threaten to fire us but if we not perform it's fine but think about giving reasonable target first then fire if we can't make it</p> <p> </p> <p>In all our other company we have excelled and only vvm we collect like 1 day worth does management not know how to set goals in durban or is it jhb ways</p> <p> </p> <p>This is like a cry for help so please James if u read dis please train ur manager 2 be more kind and a human being not a robot as we are too tired to get shat on all day</p> <p> </p> <p>I can make a promise if u give us good commis on structure and decent target we will make it maybe not all but I know I will as all my colegs are afraid to lose there job not because they r bad but just cos ronel wants to fire us and she judge everyone like she God and when u want to reach out or defend yourself she act smart wen she only good for bullying people and threatening with de pen en paper</p> <p> </p> <p>Plz help jesu</p>
